Stock Availability
We only list items currently held in stock. The only exception would be if an item was listed for pre-order (i.e. advance purchase ahead of release date). In that case it will be noted in the product description.
Delivery
We aim to ship goods as soon as possible after the order is placed but please allow up to 14 working days for shipment. Note that postage is only available within UK.
Postage
Postage costs are dependant on the type of goods purchased.
DVDs: We charge £1.50 per DVD title purchased. For example if you buy 3 different DVDs postage will be £4.50.
Books: The postage cost of books depends on the total value of books purchased. Postage breaks down as follows:

If purchasing a combination of books and DVDs then the postage will be calculated using the total value of books based on the table above plus £1.00 per DVD title. For example: If you purchase a book for £16.99 and a DVD for £18.00. The postage cost is £4.00; made up of £1.00 for a DVD and £3.00 for a £16.99 book.
The postage is automatically calculated by the shopping basket.
