Post Van Appeal

220602 is one of five experimental Smiths Commuter electric mail vans around the country (there was also a prototype and a batch of five Morrisons vans).

220602 was delivered new in Edinburgh and ended up with several others at Doncaster where they were kept in an old brick goods shed by the south end of the station (now part of the car park). 220602 was renumbered at Doncaster to 9430602.
